Tofusticks with a Crispy Pistachio Crust

Ingredients
2 pieces of natural tofu (200g each)
100g rice flour
100 ml soy sauce
100 g finely chopped pistachios (preferably chopped in a blender)
fresh pepper
a little sunflower oil for frying
Instructions
1. Unwrap the tofu and cut each piece in half lengthwise and then in thirds crosswise to make 6 sticks.
2. Prepare three deep plates and add the rice flour, soy sauce and finely chopped pistachios to each plate. Season the rice flour with fresh pepper.
3. To coat the tofu, first dredge each piece of tofu on both sides in the rice flour, then repeat the same movement in the soy sauce and finally in the pistachios. Then set the tofu aside.
4. Fry the pistachio tofu sticks in a little sunflower oil on both sides until crispy and serve with a salad or dip.
