Pistachio Coconut Balls

Ingredients

125 g grated coconut 

200 g vegan, sweetened condensed milk 

50 g finely chopped pistachios 

70 g vegan white chocolate 

Instructions

1. Place the condensed milk in a bowl with 100 g of grated coconut and mix. Leave the mixture to rest overnight in the fridge. 

2. Take the coconut mixture out of the fridge and form even balls. Roll the balls in coconut or pistachios as desired. Place the balls in the fridge again. 

3. In the meantime, finely chop the white chocolate and melt in a bain-marie. Pipe the melted chocolate onto the balls using a piping bag or a spoon and leave to dry before serving.
