Social Media Influencer Events in France and Germany

American Pistachio Growers joined forces with two of France’s best mixologists for a workshop for social media influencers in Paris, France, on May 12. The mixologists taught the group how to create pistachio cocktails. While the recipes were being sampled, the health and cooking versatility of pistachios was discussed.

In Hamburg, Germany, on May 16, American Pistachio Growers held an influencer event that covered nutrition, cooking and food photography with pistachios. APG nutrition expert in Germany, Dr. Wiebke Elsner, discussed the food trend “Healthy Hedonism and Pistachios” (having more fun with fewer regrets, more energy with less guilt, and pleasure without pain). Afterward, Chef Kevin von Holt presented trending dishes with pistachios. Together with stylist Iksander and photographer Romy Gessner, the participants learned how to style and photograph food.
