Pistachio Rum Moustache

Ingredients
4.5 ounces Dumante Verdanoce
9 ounces 10 Cane rum
3 ounces Lemon juice
1.5 ounces Simple syrup
6 Egg whites
3 ounces Crushed pistachios
16 Ice cubes
Instructions
Pour Dumante Verdanoce, rum, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg whites into a shaker glass full of ice. Shake vigorously until foamy. Pour into crushed pistachio rimmed rock glass, over new ice.
