Herbed American Pistachios

2 cups

Ingredients

2 cups Shelled natural American pistachios

4 tablespoons Butter or margarine

½ teaspoon Each thyme and oregano, crushed

2 tablespoons Minced parsley

Instructions

Melt butter in skillet. Add herbs and pistachios; toss to coat. Sauté about 5 minutes or until pistachios are coated and crisp. Cool on paper towels.
